Over 60 years ago, a group of Christians returned to California from fighting in WWII. They had seen the horrors of the Holocaust, and were particularly impacted by how the Hitler Youth taught young people to hate and fight. If that was possible, they thought, couldn't we teach young people to love instead? And so a dream was born, a dream for a camp where they could share the joy, peace, and love of God. In 1954, this dream became Sierra Bible Camp. This summer, we invite you to be a part of the next chapter!
Our Mission:
